We take the hassle out of providing quality services for you and your business by keeping the process simple. Time is money so our process helps expedite getting professional images of your products to you in order to showcase them to your customers.
Step 1: Project Form
Fill out our simple Project Form. This form helps you describe your needs and the scope of the project. It also helps us understand exactly what is required for the project so we can make sure your expectations are met.
Step 2: Delivery of Products
Mail the products you need photographed along with the Project Form. If you are a local business, you can also deliver the products to us at no additional charge. Surprisingly, some companies charge extra for this.
Step 3: Product Shoot
Here is where the products are actually photographed. We shoot them in accordance to the Project Form. If there any questions from us on your expectations, we will contact you to clarify them. We sometimes take some “creative liberty” with the shots if we feel your products may look better in a different arrangement. This is in addition to your specifications and we do not charge any extra for them unless your decide on purchasing the images.
Step 4: Proof of Images
After the shoot is complete, we will place the images online in a private client area where you can view them at your convenience. Once you approve the images, they will be made available for you to download.
Step 5: Return of Products
After the product shoot is a success, we return your products via FedEx or UPS using your account number. If you do not have an account with UPS or FedEx, we will just bill you the shipping costs with no markup.
